IP Protection Level Test

Introduction:

The IK protection level test is a standardized assessment used to evaluate the ability of electrical equipment enclosures to withstand external mechanical impacts. This test is based on the standard IEC 62262 published by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), which defines the protection level of electrical equipment enclosures against external mechanical impacts and provides corresponding testing methods and evaluation systems. The IK protection level test ensures that products can resist potential physical impacts in their intended usage environments, thereby protecting internal components from damage.
